Mr. Beda Prasad Shiwakoti is a Senior Advocate and expert in constitutional and international law. He has experience of serving as a legal member of number of organizations like Water Supply and Sewage System of Kathmandu valley, Appellate Tribunal constituted under the Town Planning Act 2045; legal consultant of Melamchi Water Supply Company. Besides, Mr. Shiwakoti has served as a Commissioner for the investigation for Abuse of Authority CIAA, Kathmandu Nepal. Mr. Shiwakoti also worked as Associate Professor of Law in Tribhuwan University, Nepal. In addition, he is a freelancer Advocate and Management Advisor at DEPROSC-Nepal.
