Small holder producers are organized into producer groups and federated into Farmer Cooperatives for collective planning, input management, produce collection and marketing of vegetables, NTFP and Savings and credit groups are formed, strengthened and developed linkages with wholesale funds like NRB RSRF, and national federations. Small irrigation systems are developed and technology disseminated for production and productivity enhancement

Number of vegetable and forest nurseries are established for NTFP, fodder and vegetables cultivation. Breed development initiatives are taken. |
