DEPROSC-Nepal as a Strategic Partner of Plan International Nepal on Disaster Risk Management (DRM) and Humanitarian Response organized a simulation exercise in Plan Country Office, Nepal engaging its regional offices in Janakpur and Surkhet on 25^th June 2025.

The purpose of this internal simulation was to test the effectiveness of Plan’s Emergency Response Manual, identify gaps, practice MPAs and coordination among different stakeholders in DRM.

The Plan’s team was led by the Country Director Ms. Ram Krishan including around 80 staffs. Plan’s staffs in Bangkok and Indonesia were also valuably engaged. It was a great learning opportunity.
