Ms. Rita Paudel, has been working in DEPROSC Nepal since 2005 at various capacity in the Admin, Finance and Program sections. She has done Masters in Business Studies (MBS) in Finance from Tribhuvan University, Nepal (2008 AD) and Master of Science (MSc) in Urban management and development studies from IHS of Erasmus University, Rotterdam, The Netherlands (2015 AD). She has good exposure in the field of microfinance and humanitarian response, women empowerment, and gender issues. Currently, she serves as a Public Director of Deprosc Development Bank Limited.
At present, Ms, Paudel is engaged in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) section of DEPROSC Nepal remaining at the central office. MEAL section under her leadership is conducting various research design, field survey, output and impact monitoring, and providing feedbacks to the projects being run by DEPROSC Nepal. Output of MEAL section has been useful for DEPROSC Nepal to understand the beneficiaries voice amongst others; incorporate learning and develop project proposals.
