Mr. Beda Prasad Shiwakoti is a Senior Advocate and expert in constitutional and international law. He had been legal member of Water Supply and Sewage System of Kathmandu valley, Appellate Tribunal constituted under the Town Planning Act 2045; legal consultant of Melamchi Water Supply Company, Commissioner for the investigation for Abuse of Authority CIAA, Kathmandu Nepal. Mr. Shiwakoti also worked as Associate Professor of Law in Tribhuwan University, Nepal. In addition, he is freelancer Advocate and Management Advisor at DEPROSC Nepal.
